Returns and Exchanges

We want you to have a great experience with Kitchen and Cozy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

In accordance with UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015), you have the right to return items purchased online within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for a valid return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (such as order number or confirmation email) is required.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned outside the return window may not be accepted.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Bank transfer or PayPal: Refund within 5 working days after approval.

  • Credit/debit card: Refund will be issued to your card provider. It may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange your item for another product, we will issue store credit equal to the value of the original purchase once the returned item has been received and approved. You may then use this credit to place a new order.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Items that show visible signs of use or wear

  • Hygiene-related items that have been opened or had their seal broken
